I'm using Recap pro 2019. After scanning (using BLK 360), I used manual registration to register all the scans (5 scans) in one. After that I wanted to use ground control points ( measured by total station) to transfer the coordinates to the ground coordinate system. By doing that, in the registration data I got 2 parameters: alignment confidence and RMS (noise). Can anyone tell me please, what they mean? what are the thresholds for good alignment confidence and RMS? and if it's possible, how recap compute these parameters?
