The functions "Aerial" and "Object" in my ReCap Photo is locked. The sign in seems to be an endless loop, my name and password are correct, I don't get a feedback that anything is wrong. But I won't be logged in.
By the way, I'm using a licnce, provided by the ADN, maybe that's the problem?

I faced such a problem in my previous job. Couldn't log into Recap photo. No updates, reinstallations did not solve the problem. I came to the conclusion that some connections to Autodesk services are blocked in the corporate network. The sysadmins didn't want to deal with the problem. At the same time, everything worked without problems on the home computer.
Anyway, to start with:
1. Make sure that you have assigned a license and services in the user's personal account.
2. Activate Recap Pro
3. Then try to log in to Recap Photo.

If that doesn't work, try doing it on a non-corporate computer.
It seems to me that the ADN license has no restrictions.
