ReCap Photo - Strange behavior - Desapearing Projects and ethernal Upload

Hello Everyone.
As you can see in the images below, I uploaded a project yesterday and after more than 20 hours it's not processing, but kept for a long time showing "100%, uploading". It never engaged "processing".

The projects even Desapear and return, reupload, disapearing GCPs from A360, all as you can check in the images.

It have about 850 images of Phantom 4 Pro and about 13 Ground Control Points:
The images are in WGS84;
The Target UCS is Sirgas 2000 UTM 22 South;
The GCPs UCS is Sirgas 2000 UTM 22 South;

Please, if someone had a similar problem and has somthing to share here, I would appreciate to have an answer, as for me it's a big project and Time is Running for the customer too.
Of course, I tryed contact with support members and online support through email and got no answer.

Thank you!

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our community! What version of ReCap Photo you are using? Did you use Aerial option when creating this project? Do you have enough Cloud Credits in your account?

Thank you and have a great day!

Hello, mr Mistry. Thank  you for following my post and for the disposure to support.

-Yes, I have enough credits. I har, at the time, 100 credits.
-Yes, I selected "aerial" to create it. Sent images first, then GCPs, then marked the GCPs.

-I can't get to Check for updates (Image attatched). The actual version is 19.1.1.2.

As it wasn't going well, I deleted the project, created a New One with 992 images of new 3 flights and 8 images of the Old flight. For this new one the Upload was done well and the result was ready 16 hours after.

A difficulty: The Recap Photo doesn't tell when it's busy, so projects can't go on together and I had to delete the old one, of the post, to get the New one done.
Now the New one is processed, but with one fail: it has a degree (image below).

Note that the New flights were at 120 m from the point of departure, there were 3 flights departuring from the same point.
The Altitude is different on the 3 flights, at about 200, 212 and 220 m.
The 8 images of the old flight are far higher and with departure from other point.

I bet Recap Photo used the altitude of the EXIF file in combination with the altitude of the GCPs.
Also, theres no option to choose when to use or not the EXIF elevations.

Question: Should the support team process it only with Can't check for Updates.Can't check for Updates.GCP,  please? (now I have not enough credits to re-process it).

The point cloud and surface generated are not good just at one point (image attatched)

Another question: Is there a way to classify Ground points at Recap?

Thank you! Best regards!Can't check for Updates.
