Recap fails to launch project after indexing

I have 3D scan data imported from a Leica BLK360. I have registered the scans and the previews all look fine in Recap Pro. When I index the scans it seems to work fine also but when I launch the project all I that appears is some grid lines. There are no errors or info just a blank screen. Any idea what is going on here?

Thank you for participating in our Community! Can you click on "Home" icon from top right hand side corner and see if your project data is showing up.

Yes, The data shows up and all the scans appear in the registered group. When I index the scans it seems to process them fine but nothing shows up except for the grid when I launch the project.

Hi @ayoung,

 

I noticed that you uploaded RCP to A360 project folder. Would you be able to upload support folder for subject folder to this folder. Please, let me know once its done uploading.

Would you be able to upload ReCap Project Support folder to A360 project drive for further investigation.

I found a solution. I had to create a new scan group in Recap Mobile directly from the scanner. From this i created a new project and re-resisted the scans on Recap pro and it seemed to work.

Typo... I Re-Registered the scans.
