Recap export not opening when shared

Hi there,

I have exported my Recap RCP file with the support folder that works when i open it up in Recap on my computer. When i share those files and open them up they do not load the point cloud & it brings up all the FLS files with questions marks in them....

Can someone please help me in what i might be doing incorrectly?

Hi @evogenesys ,

Are you referring to Publish from ReCap or sharing those files directly via some cloud drive?

Also, where are the files stored? Is it locally or in the cloud?

If the RCS files with question marks show up, it means it cannot locate the RCS files. You can click on one of the balls with the question mark and then a file browser dialog should open up. You can then point to the correct path on your machine.
