ReCap 360 Ultra Not Selectable

I have plenty of credits and want to spend them to process my images with Ultra but I can't select that option no matter how many picture I submit. Please tell me what I can do to get this to work. I has worked for me in the past.

Hey Scott,

That's very odd... Can you send along some screenshots of what you're seeing. As far as I know, there aren't any different requirements for ultra other than that you have credits.

 

You can also go check your credits by going to manage.autodesk.com and clicking on "View my cloud credits" on the left-hand panel. You need at least 5 available for an ultra mesh.

It has also been brought to my attention that you must own Recap 360 Pro in order to use the Ultra service. So please ensure that is true as well.

Thank you, it turns out my it was some kind of temporary mistake with my account were even though it showed I had points they were not really there. After our Autodesk people checked on it they were able to reset it and now I am good to go.
