ReCap 360 not loading project and getting ER000 message

After logging in to recap360 website death circle is appearing with message that I have to visit this forum.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our community! I suspect this has to do with your recently-failed projects. Please, try to correct the issue by going to A360 project folder and moving recent projects to the Trash. Once you find the offending project, you can restore others which are not causing issues.
