"1 Files will be ignored. These files may exist in the project or have duplicate output file name"

Hello to all. I have a problem that has already happened to me a couple of times .... When I try to put together 2 point clouds with different scans of the same project I get this message:

"1 Files will be ignored. These files may exist in the project or have duplicate output file name"

This happens after opening a point cloud I try to import another one. Clouds don't have scans of the same name!

Any suggestions?

Duplicate .rcs files are not allowed in the same project. Could you try to rename the .rcs file and then re-import into your project?

Thanks for the quick answer.
Maybe I haven't made myself clear. I work with a big project, every day I make new scans (Focus3D 330x).
To control the scans, I create a new cloud and then assemble them if satisfied.
All fls files have different names, so I don't even have rcs with the same name.
Finally, all the clouds are imported into the main project.
other tips?
Thanks

I have the same issue. Trying to merge 2 scans with polar opposite names but still gives the error that the output name is the same. Any advise on this?
