Problems with Visualization and Alignment

Hello,
I've been having this problem for a while.

At the time of loading the point clouds appear black and it does not let me align. I have tried to align automatically and it does not work, and manually it does not recognize the targets or the geometries.

I have tried to reinstall the program, install other versions, update it, update drivers and BIOS, but nothing works.

Can somebody help me?

Hi @liliane_pere ,

The scans look to have no RGB information hence they appear all black. Could you try to switch the mode to "Intensity" (The RGB circle in your image)? And what were the import settings you used?

Also, that warning usually pops up if the folder is read-only and does not have write permissions for applications. Could you try running ReCap in admin mode?

And lastly, May I know which version of ReCap you are using?
