point cloud to mesh not working

Hi there. we are trying to create a mesh from point cloud  and after we click on the object mesh start, there is a pop up windows coming up saying PUBLISH (unlock the power of the object mesh service by publishing your project. We tried to click yes and after 10 hours we discovered that it was only uploaded online. So we tried again the process an same pop up window appears. The system does not provide any window where to select the quality of the mesh for example (like explained in the tutorial). Anyone able to help? the mesh size is less than 30x30x30m so it should not a problem of the size selected. Thanks in advance for your help 🙂

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! Once you publish your project to cloud, please go back to Object Mesh and hit start again. Once you do that then it will ask you to select limit box and then provide Mesh name. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks @anil_mistry for your help... I already tried many times and he is always doing the same thing ... uploading the files without asking to select limit box and to provide Mesh name... maybe is a software problem? Thanks for your help
