Here are a few screenshots which walk through changing the camera from Perspective to Ortho and exporting a high resolution image.

I am not getting the option of exporting image. I am using A360 Pro 2017 3.0.2.12.

Hi Naveen,

High resolution image export was added to Autodesk ReCap 360 Pro in version 3.1. For access to the most recent features and improvements please update to version 3.1.3.4 which is available through the Autodesk Desktop Application.

Hi thanks for the solution. Currently I have 3.0.2.12. I cant see the 3.1.3.4 update in my autodesk desktop app. Can you guide me through the update installation.

Hi Naveen,

There should be a blue "Update" button in the ReCap tab of the Autodesk Desktop App. Clicking that button should start the update process. If you are having trouble finding the update mechanism, screenshots or screencasts of your current experience could help us get you on the right path.
