Can I make offline 3d models in Recap Photo from photos like in Remake?

I have to use ReCap Photo. But, i have no internet connection in my work-station due to organisation security policy and there is no any type of situation or probability to have a internet connection. What can i do? There is any other way to use ReCap Photo offline?
