No OrthoImage.tif and OrthoElevation.tif corrupt?

Recap Aerial Photo project 430 photos, GCP's went in nicely. Got a model back with aerial imagery on it in Recap Photo.

However when i try to download the flat OrthoImage.tif from A360 Its not there in the zip file? zip only contains a 4GB OrthoElevation.tif that doesnt open (assuming its corrupted).

This is probably one of the largest projects i have done. But i would expect some sort of error message that explains why it didn't generate the imagery? Now i gotta go burn some more credits to get it done?

Tiff File contains no "OrthoImage.tif" which is usually generated and "OrthoElevation.tiff" won't open or is corruptTiff File contains no "OrthoImage.tif" which is usually generated and "OrthoElevation.tiff" won't open or is corruptReport does not indicate any error message around why the image did not exportReport does not indicate any error message around why the image did not exportRecap Photo Project looks good in viewer though? and i can export a pts file from it etc.Recap Photo Project looks good in viewer though? and i can export a pts file from it etc.

Hello bkanther,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Our engine currently only support 32bit Tiff format for our orthographic images generation hence the reported issue when trying to create .tiff images that go beyond the 4GB limit.

While we look into upgrading the components, we recommend chunking up your photosets into different region and generate the individual orthoimages for each of these regions. Using the BigTiff format, you will be able to combine the various orthoimages together, circumventing the current engine limitation.

Thanks,

Naimin

A in application notification would be nice so that i don't waste my time and "Cloud credits" generating something that wont work.
