Recap Photo VER 18.2.08

I started 4 projects in Recap Photo Friday 3-23-18 Before I left work. when I came in Monday morning about 6:30 3-26-18 the first one was at 11% uploading and did not move I finally closed it about 10AM. the other three were at 0%

I Deleted all of them and redid them after lunch. all 4 are at 0%

I paused all except one, it too is at 0%

just says "Prepairing to upload"

I logged on to A360 Drive and I have 73.6GB free

these are small the largest is 1.6gb

and the one I have not paused is 622MB (69 photos)

on the manage my account page I see the note

"Some customers may experience delays managing users, assigning software permissions, or downloading software. We apologize for the inconvenience while we work to resolve this issue."

Hi @dreed-bbii,

I’m just following up to see if you were able to gather the information I had previously requested to assist me in troubleshoot your issue.

Thank you and have a great day!

Accepted solution

OK Without any help from this forum I may have found my own answer..

I removed all 4 of my projects I had ready to go. and started one of them from scratch.

it worked.

apparently you cannot have more than one project ready to upload at a time even if you have the pause button pushed.

as soon as it uploads and starts processing you can start the next one.

I have found the same thing - Only one project at a time - Wish I would have known sooner or don't give the option to upload more than one???

of cource.
in adition: you neither can have a project wich has error oc GCP coordinates.

if you uploaded ALL IMAGES but has any GCP coordinate error, then your project will stuck at the same stage forever showing the status "100%" and "uploading" at the same time.

So, you won't be able to edit GCPs. The only option is to delete by yourself, OR yout new projects will show the message "Preparing to Upload" that means it "will never upload if you do not delete other incomplete projects".

Best regards from Brazil.

I have tried 8 times in the past 3 months to upload one single project and even after I left it for 2 days it was still, every time, on preparing to upload. I tried reinstalling recap and desktop connector a few times, nothing worked. I am hopeless.
