My project dissapeared after cloud processing

I uploaded a  project yesterday after noon called EastmanTract250_5_9_22.  It uploaded fine and was at 70% processing when I left for the day.  I got the e-mail an hour later that processing was complete.

This morning the EastmanTract250_5_9_22 shows up in my drive, but it is empty.  The only recently updated files are in my EastmanTract250_5_5_22 folder and that's a mission that I know crashed do to bad photos.  Any idea where my project went?

Our records indicate that a project named "EastmanTract250_5_5_22" was processed, and you should be able to find the results in the "My Data\EastmanTract250_5_5_22" folder on your Autodesk Drive.

We also found that the project named "EastmanTract250_5_9_22" never started processing. It looks like the upload could have been interrupted. The last image uploaded has a file name that ends with "..._0120.jpg".

Perhaps you could try submitting the images from your "EastmanTract250_5_9_22" project again? Once the project thumbnail status changes to "Queued for processing ...", you can quit the ReCap Photo application and wait for the email notification.
