Missing Indexed Scans - Error Message 1000201

I have manually registered approx 115 scans and and have previewed the 3D file and all appears ok.

The scans are located on my local hard drive and i have sufficient space storage. However when the scans are indexed there is no 3d model it is just empty.

There are no scan locations available, although i am able to see mirror balls and images when viewing the real view.

I have also tried to export the model but receive an error message 1000201. I need to resolve this issue urgently and would appreciateScreenshot of 3D Preview 1Screenshot of 3D Preview 1Screenshot of 3D Preview 2Screenshot of 3D Preview 2Review available after indexing, but not the point cloud itselfReview available after indexing, but not the point cloud itself a swift response.

Hey,

If the data is georeferenced it might be just off view try mouse 3 or the origin point might be off also try to go a scan via the menu bar just click on the position and it will bring you to the big cloud. You could try replacing the shortcut link with a backup from the suport file.

good luck!

If there is difficulty showing the 3D point cloud, try to adjust camera setting ( near / far plan , fov) in the project setting.

Or try to reset / adjust limit box to show the point cloud.

Error Message 1000201 means there are too few points to export. This might be caused by limit box that hides all the points.
