Lidar Pointcload processing

I work for a company in the smart city industry in Roumania and I would like to have a few questions.
I am receiving .laz format files with point clouds and I process this data via autocad recap and afterward I save the file in .rcp(format) to be able to open it with autocad civil 3D,
My question is if you would suggest me a better way to represent my pointcloud more efficiently, the things I am interested in are
-condition of the buildings
-condition of the road
-the vegetation in the are-condition of road signs
I would like to specify that the data is very precise because of the advanced Lidar technology it's been measured with.
I would also like to specify that I am working with a big database, the Lidar measurements are on a 50 km2 area.I am looking forward to our collaboration.
All the best

Hello @Anonymous
It is not clear from your message: what project task are you facing?
Do you need to determine the quality of the city and road infrastructure?
If so, then I'm afraid to automate this process is possible only with the help of artificial intelligence technologies, computer vision and machine learning.
Recap and Civil 3D do not currently have this capability.
I'm afraid you will have to determine the state of infrastructure objects visually.
Perhaps I misunderstood your task.
