I am importing a USGS 1/3 arc second point cloud. According to the metadata, the coordinate system is NAD83(2011) / Conus Albers. (There is no EPSG number listed in the metadata.) This precise one is not listed in Recap advanced settings. Is there an equivalent CS?

p.s. I am looking for the "projection" to be precise. I just contacted USGS and they referred me to Autodesk. The nearest thing that looks similar listed in ReCap is NAD83.CA/Teal (NAD83 Albers Equal Area for California, Meter; EPSG 3310).
Googling NAD83(2011) / Conus Albers, the projection in the point clouds' metadata, it is shown as EPSG 6350. This is not available in MAPCSASSIGN, though.
Hi John,
If it isn't in MAPCSLIBRARY you can create a custom projection.

John,
Two ways to do this. One is to Duplicate and Edit a current coordinate system. @ChicagoLooper steps through this nicely >>>Here<<<.
Second way is to create the projection from scratch:
In Civil 3D, go to the Planning and Analysis Workspace. Under the Map Setup Tab >> Coordinate System Panel >> Create Dropdown, choose Create Coordinate System Definition. The wizard will step you through creating EPSG:6350. All the information you need to define the projection can be found >>>Here<<<.
