How to remove an incorrect scan and replace with the correct e57

I am working in a Recap project with several scans, created by importing e57s of the individual scan stations created in Trimble Realworks. I have found that a couple of the scans the colorization was not correct. I am trying to remove only the incorrect scans from the project and replace them with the correct E57s. No luck so far. Any advise.

Have you tried going back to the registration process and removing the undesired scans from the registration set, then removing them from the project? Then you can add the correct scans to the project and register them with the remaining existing scans. I'm not familiar with e57s and the Trimble Realworks but this process has worked for us within ReCap and our scanning equipment.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! In addition to suggestion that @Anonymous provided, you can identify these scans from scan locations panel and delete them, them import correct scans again. Let me know if this helps.

Thank you and have a great day!

Thanks very much for the help and advice.

I don't think this will help us in this case as we are reading in individual scans stations pre-registered

In Realworks. I will keep this in mind for future reference though.

Thanks again.

Thanks very much for the prompt response.

This is exactly what we were looking to achieve. Tried it, worked well.

Thanks again.

Kind regards,

Andre
