how to georeference a 3d object created from terrestrial photos ?

Hello Everyone,

Greetings!

I have a set of GPS tagged images (terrestrial photos) of the surrounding of a building and I have created a 3D mesh using "create 3D -> Object", but this 3D is not georeferenced. My idea is to create a 3D models using terrestrial photos and project them on ArcGIS online 3D webmap or google earth. Any Guidance or help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous ,

As of now, the RCM mesh that's generated by ReCap Photo via the Object Workflow is not geolocated.

If you use the Aerial Workflow, the RCM mesh will be geolocated in LL84 but then again can be opened in ReCap Photo alone.

Warmest Regards,
