Used to use both previous versions and when I updated, I no longer see my old projects - is there any way to retrieve then?

Hello @Anonymous,

Your old Memento/Remake projects should be on your a360 drive. we do not delete your project data. However, if you have deleted them from a360 drive there would be no way to get them back.

You can try to log in to a360 using this link.

Hope this helps.

sadly, those projects aren't on that site. One of the reasons I wanted to download them is to delete them.

Hello @Anonymous,

If you do not have them stored on a360 then i guess they are already deleted. We will not have assets (photos or 3d files) to the project. However we might have record of project name and metadata in our database. If you want us to delete that as well, you can raise a request to us by sending your email address used to create the projects. All metadata of the project will be erased wrt that email address. It would be nice if you can also specify date till which you want all metadata to be deleted.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous,

I was wondering if you want us to delete project name and metadata as @vikas.vaishnav mention in his post. If you do then please provide information that @vikas.vaishnav has requested.

Thank you and have a great day!

Where did you find the file? If you found those on your a360 drive, you should be able to open those.
