Hi
I was thinking about subscribing to your product after watching your Youtube video (San Francisco Skate Park with GoPro and UAV). I then tried it for myself, and it keeps failing. I'm not very impressed after travelling a long way in a remote area to capture the shots. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is the product not as easy as advertised?
Kind regards,
Mik

Hi
I'm new to this, but I'm trying to use your product in a very remote area in Australia. I'd be happy to be a part of the test, if I can receive some support as to what I'm doing wrong (I copied the method for the San Fransisco Skatepark with no luck).
Cheers,
Mikaela.

Hi
Yes - It's recap360. I clicked through from that product to this page?
Anyway, and help would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Mik
It is very discouraging. The videos make it look so easy; however, I've done multiple test projects with this and the results are pitiful.
I downloaded Photoscan and put the same images that don't work on Recap photo to 3d... works like a charm.
This is understandable. Sometimes different set of images will work better with one service over the other.
Depends on the scene and what the service is optimized for.
Is it possible you can send us the images so we can test this case?
Thank you,
Mitko
I would love to share them. They are on my 360 drive. For some reason I am not able to share a whole folder on 360drive just one photo at a time... what am I missing here?
Hi Sean,
You can share a folder when starting from its parent directory. See the .GIF below.
Please share the project with our recap360@autodesk.com support account; thank you.
It's shared. For some reason I can only share folder that are in my root directory....
