Getting white and black data Instead Color data

Dear all please let me know how can i fix the issue , as i import my .fls file of faro S350 lidar scanner  into the autodesk recape pro  which is a student version , i am getting the which and black scan data instead as i import it in faro scene it gets color data , can anyone suggest is there any setting which restricting data to show in rgb color

Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
Best you can do is to change "Color Mode" to suit.
