fls scans processed entirely in ReCap but missing high contrast black & whites

We started trying to ReCap to process/register/index our scans instead of scene and everything works great but we're missing the black & white photo set. We have processed the same set of scans in Scene and no issues and we have both sets of RGB and black & white photos.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'black & white photo set'.  Are you referring to the intensity view?  You should be able to see that by toggling the display mode in RealView:

Yes I'm talking about the intensity view. It works fine in the actual ReCap program but in ReCap 360 we don't have that option.

Ah, yes.  This isn't possible in the web browser version at the moment.  It could be worth posting to the Idea Station to get feedback/support from the community.
