Faro data importing in black and white when using panocam

So we are trying to import scan data from a faro premium 100 with a pano cam into recap 26. In the past we have used the premium 70s without the panocam with zero issues but for some reason after attaching the .fls folders into recap they import as black and white scans. I find this strange because the scan was taken in color and in Scene they load in with color, and color images. Anyone have any experience and perhaps possible solution? Thank you

So I have figured it out, so as it turns out when using the panocam with any faro scanner the .fls files that it spits out is different than just the generic .fls files we normally get to the point where SceneLt cannot read them either. Unfortunately this means the only option is to get a buy/rent a full version of Scene from Faro. I would like to see support for panocam scans in future versions of recap since it is a game changer in scan time being able to do color imaging in less than 30 seconds.

Good morning, I'm having this problem too; to speed up scanning times, we use a Panocam, but the scans we import are all in black and white. We wanted to change the FARO Scene program with Recap, which we find simpler and more functional, but this is a major problem. Are there any solutions to integrate the scans made with the Panocam into Recap?

The only solution is to process them in Scene first, then export them back out as FLS, unfortunately. I had a support ticket for this. Perhaps sometime in a future release they'll implement a solution, but no luck for now.
