Failing to import pointcloud, points outside extrusion

Hi I'm new to the Autodesk ReCap, and need to use it to convert an .E57 file, which I have been handed. 
I'm getting the error message as shown below. 

Anny ideas to how I can get it working?

Hi @PSENDFSQG ,

Import errors can occur due to various reasons such as corrupt files, not enough space on the drive or not enough points in the scan, using low-intensity clipping, etc.

Could you share the ReCap log file from here: %localappdata%\Autodesk\Autodesk ReCap\AutodeskReCap.log
