Hello,

I have published several Recap projects on my account but now i have to delete some of them to make room for others and unfortunately i can not because I am getting error 400. I have no clue how to fix it, any help on the matter would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hello Matt,

I am interested in knowing the steps you take for deleting the projects.

Is it possible to send a step by step ? Screenshots or a video would be helpful.

Regards,

Devang

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for participating in our Community! We have notify A360 development team about this behavior and they are investigating for root cause. As work around delete the project from the Recap Photo window on you computer. Then log in the A360 drive and go to TRASH, clear trash and there you go. Please, let me know if this helps.

Thank you and have a great day!

Hi @Anonymous,

Try deleting ReCap project from ReCap web and then log in the A360 drive and go to TRASH, clear trash and there you go. Please, let me know if this helps.

Thank you and have a great day!
