am a registered academic user attempting to use Recap Photo.
I am logged in with my academic credentials.
However, when attempting to upload photos to create a model I receive notification that I have o (zero) cloud credits available, and cannot proceed. (see attached screen shot).
I have not uploaded a single photo till now.

Hello @reema.mascarenhas
Do you have any other contract other than your Student Account?
Is this the first time you are using ReCap Photo?
Which version of ReCap Photo you are using?
Do let me know, so that I can hep you further.
Thanks,
Same problem exactly.

I had another academic license in the past which I used for Recap 30 (online version) and for Autodesk Memento. Both programs worked without any problem and I never encountered credit problems. Not me, nor my students.
Is this the first time you are using ReCap Photo?
Re above answer, No. I have used all Autodesk Photogrammetry software: 123D, Recap 360, Memento, Recap Photo
Which version of ReCap Photo you are using? Product Version 18.0.0.56
Note: When I install and run version Autodesk ReCap Photo Update v18.1.0.18 for v18.0.0.56, the program does NOT open. I have tried this on several computers.
Hello @Anonymous
Thanks for the answers.
Can you please provide me the screen capture of your right top corner of ReCap Photo.
There must be a section beside your Log In info. (Either Education License or something else.)
Make a expanded view and then take a screen capture.
Thanks,
Thanks.
As you can see, all the Autodesk software recognizes the educational license (mcaine - Hadassah Photography Department), nevertheless, it still shows 0 cloud credits.

Hello @Anonymous
Thanks for the details.
One more thing I would like you to check in your manage.autodesk.com account.
Can you please send me the screen capture of ReCap Photo entitlement section?
Sorry for the trouble but I need those details to help you better.
Thanks,
