Cloud & RGB missing

I imported a PTS files from Cyclone to Recap 360 Ultimate.

The point cloud is a mix of multiple setup some with RGB some without.

But as you can see after import in recap none of the RGB have been importanted and some setup part of the scan missing.

I imported the PTS in Reshaper and everything is working well so I expect it's somewhere in Recap

Is this a single PTS file?  If so, what columns does it contain?

ReCap requires that the entire file has the same column format.  So it's possible that Recap is interpreting the whole file as not having RGB.  You can probalby check that in the Advanced Text Settings (see other posts in this forum about that).

Thank you for reporting this. We'll check it out.

In meantime this should work fine when exporting ptg from Cyclone.
