Cannot "Create" in ReCap Photo

After loading my aerial photos to Recap and click "Create" I get this message: "Not enough space for uploading files and processing Please clean up your space and try again"

Not sure what to "clean up" the create file is about 3.5 megs, my computer has 235 gigs....what am I missing?

Hi @Anonymous,

This error message should be referencing your A360 drive.

Please go to a360.autodesk.com/drive, sign in and see if you have free space there.

Thank you!

Yes this was helpful but I also see I am prompted to buy more credits. I
had a second project that I wanted to test but it required 30 credits and I
only had 12 credits and a minimum of 100 credits is offered so I will
review what I have processed and make a decision.
Also can you tell me if I should expect all of my renderings to have
blurred content? I specifically took oblique photos (4K w/80% overlap) of
the site in hopes this would provide better definition?
Thank you for help.

hi @Anonymous,

This is atypical behavior if the photos are in focus and provide good overlap you should not see blurry models.

Im getting the same error. The solutions do not help. I dont have anything in my drive. Why are they making this software so hard to use.

Why do i need to deal with the drive? I never used to.
