Blank screen after transferring projects from Recap Mobile

I used Recap Mobile to import 5 scans from a BLK360 laser scanner. It seems I was successful, as I was able to view all of the scans on my iPad.

 

I then connected the iPad to my computer and tried to transferred the scans. All 5 showed 100% data transfer, as in the screenshot below, but when I clicked on "open project", only one proceeded to the "register scan" and "index scan" stages. The other 4 gave me a totally blank screen. 

I tried restarting the iPad, the mobile app, the computer, the desktop program. I also tried re-importing the 4 failed scans from the BLK to Recap Mobile, and re-transferring them from Recap Mobile to the desktop program. I am still getting blank screens. Has anyone else run into this? What else can I try?

 

I am on Windows 10 and iOS 12.2. My Recap version is 5.0.4.17.
