Does anyone know how to convert the .rcp format to Editable 3D Solid?

Nope. There used to be a convert to mesh feature but that was removed about 6 months ago without explanation.

There are two choices here for you.

1. Inside AutoCAD there are some basic tools to create objects from the Point Cloud.

2. There are two third party tools that come to mind. One is Faro As-Built which will convert the Point Cloud to a model. It works inside AutoCAD or Revit. The second is Edgewise, a product from Clearedge which will also convert the point cloud, but it does it in its own software, after which you then export to a file format you want.
