Any tutorials to explain Recap Pro settings?

Filtering, decimation, clipping points, intensity clipping, minimal, standard or aggressive filter scans, skipping registration, etc.  are there any tutorials which explain all these settings?!  I too often have meshes that fail, and understanding the effects of all these settings must surely help!

I watched all of videos from the link posted by @allen_ralph_thompson_iii, but it utterly fails to address definition of terms, not only the ones you questioned, but also:
"Registration"? "Manual" or "Auto"?
"Indexing Scans"?
"Intensity"?
"Mirror Balls"?
"Optimize"?
"Real View"?

Thank you, Dave.  It's very frustrating to have such a useful tool and then spend so much time guessing what terms and settings mean, then having to have a mesh generation fail, change the settings and then sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  The flex tokens are cheap compared to the wasted time navigating this underworld of "secret" terms and settings.  Let's hope that this post can find that one intrepid user that is capable of and willing to explain what Autodesk won't.
