Autocad Map 2008 Licensing

Hi All

I am trying to install AutoCad Map 2008 on an old XP machine but I am having trouble registering the license.

My old laptop died - it had been running 2008 for many years and it does what I need it to do - it is a perpetual license.

When trying to register it says there is no Internet connection available, which is not the case as I can browse the internet using Firefox.

It suggests alternatively submitting an email, which I have done but received no reply.

Any suggestions?

Autodesk removed automated registration for 2010 and older software a few years back now.

Call a reseller or ten in your region for help, not likely to be free and they may not be able to help much either, find them here https://www.autodesk.com/partners/locate-a-reseller
