Need help installing ArtCam 2018 on a new computer.

I want to install ArtCam 2018 on my new computer.  There appears to be a considerable number of steps, so I need  help.  I would like to find someone who could remote into my computer and help me do the download properly.

I am happy to pay for the time it would take.

In most cases, users will not do this due to the risk that can be involved.    There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine.  Please review this article and the solution it provides.

Or take your PC to a place that performs this type of stuff.

Please ensure that you follow these steps when installing Autodesk ArtCAM Premium 2018 on a computer: 

1. Download the Autodesk ArtCAM Premium 2018 installer from your Autodesk Account using the Browser Download method. The downloaded ArtCAM_Premium_2018_ML_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx.exe file is 576 MB (604,745,728 bytes) in size on disk.
2. Right-click the downloaded ArtCAM_Premium_2018_ML_Win_64bit_dlm.sfx.exe file, then select the Run as administrator context menu option.
3. Click OK to extract the installer to C:\Autodesk on your computer. The created ArtCAM_Premium_2018_ML_Win_64bit_dlm folder is 1.39 GB (1,496,334,336 bytes) in size on disk.
4. If the Autodesk ArtCAM Premium 2018 installer starts automatically, click Exit, followed by Yes to cancel the installation process.
5. Browse to C:\Autodesk\ArtCAM_Premium_2018_ML_Win_64bit_dlm on your computer.
6. Right-click the Setup.exe file, then select the Run as administrator context menu option. Complete the installation process.
7. Shut down Autodesk ArtCAM Premium 2018.
8. Download the ArtCAM 2018.2.1 Update installer from your Autodesk Account. The downloaded ArtCAM_2018.2.1.msp file is 80.4 MB (84,393,984 bytes) in size on disk.
9. Double-click the ArtCAM_2018.2.1.msp file. Complete the installation process.

If you cannot find the information you require from the Autodesk Community forums or the Autodesk Knowledge Network, you should create and submit a case from your Autodesk Account.

Thank you for the installation instructions.  I was able to do the download.

However, I could not locate the ArtCAM 2018.2.1 Update.

A list of Hot Fixes appear in my account, but no Update.

Where do I locate the Update?
