Importing AutoCAD LT 2020 serial number license, but License Transfer Utility is no longer supported.

So, thread title. I was going to get a serial number license back, but the license importing cannot be used anymore. What would be the best way to proceed?

The software asks the user to log in to my Autodesk account, and when I try that, I get the following message:

The License Transfer Utility is no longer supported. Contact Autodesk customer support for assistance in activating your product on a new device.

It redirects here:

From there, it redirects users to the support page. I opened a live chat agent session and, eventually, I was told that I need to join this forum to ask for help (???).

@it.supportDQQLX Do you have or do you not have the serial number for your software?

Sadly no one around here can help you authorize your old software, only Autodesk can do that and for the most part that team is never in here.

I do have the serial number. What I want is to deactivate the software activation in a computer that will be retired shortly.

Can you confirm whether I can activate this software on another computer, as long as it is not used on a previously activated system? Will I run into any trouble if I don't? We've had software that forced us to contact its provided in order to deactivate.

@it.supportDQQLX I am unaware of any method to activate old software without you contacting Autodesk or an Autodesk reseller in your region for that ability.
