I have a product key, serial number, and request code. I still cannot activate perpetual single-user license

I have AutoCAD Revit Suite 2011 - Student Version. It worked fine on my Win 10 machine, but I tried to install on a newly built computer with Win 11. 

Autodesk located my account, but when I press activate, It says there is a Serial or version issue. I am stuck in trial version mode. 

1) The software is registered in my maiden name and I use my married name for the account. Could that be the issue?

2) I uninstalled the software from the Win 10 computer, but some file could NOT deleted. Is my copy still registered to the old computer? If so, how to I de-register that installed copy (how to I fix this?)

3) Is it Win 11 vs. 10?

3) Is it something else entirely different?

Autodesk stopped providing activation codes for 2011

you probably won't get one for a student license since they offer them for free if you qualify

So, I either have to search for it on my old computer or try and get a free one from them?

not quite what you mean searching for it on your computer

the activation codes can only be used once

you can try getting the free one but you have to prove you are a student they just don't give one anymore

or you will have to subscribe to the Autodesk software they do not offer perpetual licenses anymore

to continue to use you have to keep paying
