Provided you've already installed PowerShape 2018, Updates for the PowerShape 2018 product range (Standard, Premium or Ultimate) are available to download through the Autodesk Desktop App:
Details of the fixes and enhancements included in PowerShape 2018.0.4 Update are listed here.
Please note you need to install PowerShape 2018.0.1 Hot Fix before PowerShape 2018.0.4 Update will become available.
(PowerShape 2018.0.1 Hot Fix contains registry entry changes required to allow further Updates to become visible, no bug fixes.)
