Deploying the plugin via a install VStudio

I'm going through the step by step procedure for deploying a plugin via a created Install inside Visual Studio, but since the  plugin doc was writing 5-6 years ago there is some missing information and it was writing when Delcam was it's own entity.  Step 12, doesn't add my dll to the install nor does it do all my prerequisites.

This is really where it all goes to hell and a hand basket!

I don't have any "Existing item" from the project also have no idea why it wants a plugin class or where that is unless it is referring to the sampe projects sample class???  What do I need to do here?

Also in step 18 where is that directory for the Plugin, or where is the c# files for that?
