Hey All...

So I'm trying to add a few buttons to my status bar.

I can get RPM and Feed...

However, I can't seem to get a value on Tool Number or Overhang...The values are not accepted..

Why, and how can I rectify?

Try tool.overhang and tool.number.value

I had to use Tool.Number, without the value parameter...

Worked fine....

I wish I could dig deeper into parameters and Macros. Currently I have NO access to time or training...

I feel foolish reading some of the Macro replies on the forums, and trying to understand them...

here is a list of nearly every parameter you could think of in powermill. The best way to get started is to attempt to do something, and post it here for help. There are a lot of smart guys on here who have helped me understand things over the last several years. the more you try and do it, and have guys explain and help, the sooner you'll get a grasp on it.

Tool.Number.Value

works.

Must be case sensitive.
