Setting Unique Feed Speeds for Link Moves

Wondering if it is possible to set a feed rate specifically for the link moves of a toolpath (surface finishing) separately. I've searched high and low through the leads and links menu to no avail. Is this not possible? If not, can anyone suggest a work-around? I know that you can set the feed rate for a boundary-limited portion of a toolpath, but hoping to avoid this particular method.

This can be set up in your post processer. The logic is escaping me right now, but it is possible. 

Send your post to your local reseller to help you build it.
