Select folder tick box

is it possible to pick the folder's tick box instead of having to expand and pick everything in it?

Not really, as far as I know, but have a look at:

I guess that's better than nothing. Sure would be a nice added feature... maybe they can put a ribbon on it

Ctrl+a and clic one element to select every element of the list

yes, that was a poor attempt at humor! @5axes, ctr+a works for every toolpath, but does not limit selection to a single folder
