Powermill postprocessor question : compare actual coordinate with previous one

In  Fanuc 5-axis pp I have to output G93 (inverse time feedrate) only if the bloc contains a A or C rotation change.

I know there is a way (I used it years ago, but I forgot - getting old)

I appreciate your input.
