powermill 2017

Hello,

I am running Powermill 2017.  I am machining assemblies in it.  The problem I am facing is this:   In my toolpath manager,  inside of the component thickness tab, I am setting it to ignore and putting the appropriate components in that I don't want to see during the machining process. But I am having to do this for every single  toolpath I make.  Is there a setting that can be turned on so that it will understand to ignore until told differently?

Thanks for the help!

Sincerely,

Bill Crouse

Yes, click on the 'Surface Defaults' tab this will use the same components for every subsequent toolpath until you change it
