Needing A Macro That Will Detect, Color and Create A Level for a Shape Surface

Hello,

I am needing a macro that will run through a design and detect, color and create a level for a certain type of surface design.  The reason is because I can spend hours color coating what I call "Nibs" in the part design to prep it for programming it which then only takes seconds to do.  Any help with this would be much appreciate it.  I have attached a PDF of the design

I appreciate your help but unfortunately I don't think I may have explained myself that well.  What I need is for a macro to detect surfaces that are something like conical i guess you would say like the PDF and select them all, color them and then place them in a level.  Sometimes I have to do thousands and it takes for ever to have to clean the file up.

Then I am not sure whether this is achievable with a macro.
Or you can look at the model properties and if you are lucky those "Nibs" could have particular component names.

This is possible if these conical surfaces are at consistent angles, or if you don't have other surfaces with that angle of draft. You just risk grabbing wrong surfaces which have the same draft angle also. Could you make use of a hole featureset instead of creating a new level? Is the end goal to machine these surfaces with a certain strategy?
