Input and Query positions on screen

Hello everyone,

   I am running some very logic and input heavy macros.  In the macro I am using INPUT CHOICE  and QUERY  functions.  It seems that these boxes, while not an overly critical thing, seem to appear wherever the mouse is on the screen.  Is there a way to position these boxes centered on the screen everytime?  Ive scoured the forums and the macro guide but nothing seems to cover where the boxes appear or how to position them.  Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks all.

That is currently the intended behavior for macro's such as those and where your cursor lies. Nothing that can be done about it as of right now

Extract the 'Center_Popup' folder to the 'C:\dcam' directory

Add the call macro before your all popups:

MACRO 'C:\dcam\Center_Popup\Run.mac'
REAL X = INPUT "Enter a number"

Thank you for the hasty response.  This does exactly what I'm looking for but with one hiccup.  We run multiple monitors and if Powermill is on a secondary it always pops up on the primary.  Is there any way to get it to pop up on the monitor where Powermill is shown?

Thanks in advance

Hello again,

    With this latest update to Powermill this capability no longer works.  The center popup is moving the mouse to the center of the screen but not the Powermill Prompt boxes.  Could you lend a hand again?

Thanks,

It seems that the Powermill response time has changed. This new version should work.

Thanks for the quick response,  I downloaded and rerun the program/macro and it still doesn't seem to be snapping the boxes and mouse to the center of the screen.  The tooltip will snap to center but the box appears wherever the mouse is on the screen prior to the tooltip moving.

I modified the "Run.mac" macro.
Basically you need to increase the value until it works the way you expect (the response time may vary on each computer):

OLE FILEACTION 'OPEN' 'C:\dcam\Center_Popup\Center_Popup.exe'
INT c = 0
WHILE $c < 10 {
$c = $c + 1
}
