Looking for guidance from anyone who may have had success loading the Harvey Tool library into 2020 Powermill. I noticed in the 09/2019 Harvey catalog that HSM and Fusion 360 are supported, unfortunately Powermill seems to be an afterthought…perhaps in 2020🤔

I'm betting that HSMworks and Fusion 360 have a more modern tool database than the ancient Access database that PowerMill provides us. We've been after Delcam, and now Autodesk to switch over to a real multi-user SQL database(MySql, SQLserver, MariaDB, etc...).

But, in any case, a tool library shouldn't be all that difficult to supply to PowerMill. Just have to export the tool as a template object.

Finaly it's not so easy. First of all the library by itself are quite huge. More than 18000 ref only for the End Mill reference. So integrate all these refrences into a Pmill project to create a template are not so obvious. Next point the name of the tool are very long Ie : HARVEY - MINIATURE END MILL - STUB & STANDARD - 4 FLUTE - 0.0620 DIA X 0.093 LOC X AMORPHOUS DIAMOND COATED
And the tool library of Pmill is actualy limited to 50 characters.

So it's not possible to integrate such reference into the Access library. So the only way is to create the reference you need one by one :
Visu_outil_217X.exe
or
Visu_outil_217X.zip

Actual Releasae 2.17.34 with revised FUSION 360 tool library import (jason format) and Direct export in PowerMill.

Still have some issues with FreeFrom tools to convert these tools in Powermill.   Define this tool as ROUTING TOOL or FORM TOOL.  Have to wait  for the next release 2.17.37.
