Bottom Corner, toolpath avoids going into. Model Area Clearance

Is there a setting in Model Area Clearance that I can change to get the toolpath to go into the bottom corner?

The .jpg I attached shows how the bottom corner gets avoided by the toolpath.

The only way I can get what I want is to set the Block a few tenths shallower then the depth of the pocket, which is too time consuming.

You either can make a text file and save it as a .mac file or you can select tools from the top of the screen and select echo commands and type it in there

Hi @wwallhead

to draw and undraw model triangle you need to go to the top menu draw than model than clic ctrl-tab. It will display what you want.

I just tried this and it worked for me.

Like you said 'machine down to flats checked' then I changed mine from area to level and it worked, Automatically.

Automatically.

I am good.

Thanks everyone.

Let me know if this works for you, if you want.

Area vs Level in Model Area Clearance

BC Level.jpg

In Constant Z Finishing - Machine down to flat - my test never makes toolpath into the corner.

I didn't find anything to do in there that would be helpful.

If it is an algorithm thing maybe Delcam can do in Constant Z Machine down to flat what happening in Area Clearance Level.

If this is the best solution. Maybe more testing is needed.

Anyway I created a Case.

Case ID: 12287332.

Fix Constant Z Finishing Machine down to flat so toolpath in the bottom corner is one point.
