2019 licensing issue

Hi,

after generating new autodesk license, Pm2018 runs correctly, but 2019 does not.

What can be the problem?

I would suggest seeking assistance through the installation and licensing forum, they would  be better suited to assist you with this issue. 

 

If you have a screenshot of an error or any other information, attach it to the new thread on that forum. 

 

You could also contact your local support by phone or support request though your Autodesk Account as shown here

If you're using network licensing, you probably need to update the Autodesk Network License Manager on your license server.  I had the same issue, and it worked for me.
