Hi @Anonymous,

We believe the problem is caused by a Microsoft security patch KB4012215 (Security rollup for March 2017).

If you need an immediate fix to the problem you may uninstall the rollup via Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> View installed updates (hyperlink on left hand side). You may need to reboot your computer.

Be aware that removing the security update may leave your computer more vulnerable to attack or malware.

We're still investigating a resolution to this problem so I'm unable to answer your specific question presently but I will inform you when I have more information.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us about this issue,

Dave.

Hi @Anonymous,

We now believe this problem can be fixed by the installation of KB4016446.

Please download and re-apply the original Microsoft security patch KB4012215 (Security rollup for March 2017) if you have removed it.

If your operating system is Windows 7 SP1 x64 and you're using Internet Explorer 11, the following links will download the appropriate patches:

** You may need to reboot your computer after each installation.

Please mark this as an Accepted Solution if it fixes your problem.

Thanks,

Dave.
